LITE: a lower impact class that still includes your bursts of cardio, a satisfying workout that is LITE on your joints.
FLOW: a flowing class that has minimal cardio but a full body burn leaving you feeling strong and energised.
STRETCH: a class to slow it down, to stretch, release and recover
