If you’re looking to exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase.
You can return your product and exchange for a different style, size or colour only if it is available and in stock.
If wanting to exchange an item, the item will need to be returned and posted back at buyers expense.
We advise using a tracked postal service to avoid any issues as Vibe at Home cannot be held accountable for any parcels that to not arrive back to us.

If exchanging items, items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
The item/s being returned must be in the original condition that they were received in. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way or they will be refused for return or exchange.
